ARCTIC HEART SERIES

There is something about the bleak and barren nature and the solitude of the north and its extreme climate. Whatever is able to grow there is untamed and resilient. Those who are able to embrace this rugged landscape receive it in return. It enters through the eyes, pores and lungs, to settle under the skin and start trickling through the veins into the gut and heart, to be pumped through until it has become part of their nature.

In the series Arctic Heart, I try to capture people and how the landscape they were born into comes out in their character.
